Marissa and Eric's Knappogue Castle wedding in Quin County Clare featured in Destination Weddings and Honeymoons magazine in the US!

If you are in the US, you will be able to see Marissa and Eric's destination wedding to Ireland featured in the May/June issue of Destination Weddings and Honeymoons magazine out now. This was a really sweet wedding which will be featured on their blog too. Let me know if anyone sees this magazine in Ireland :)

Wedding planned by Annie Byrne of Aislinn Events at Knappogue Castle in Quin, County Clare with reception and ceili at Vaughan's Pub in Kilfenora (the pub of Father Ted fame!).

Deirdre and Andrew's Engagement Session in The Curragh and Pollardstown Fen, County Kildare....Fine-Art Film Photographer Ireland

During the cold snap at the end of March, I persuaded this lovely couple to have an engagement session in two gorgeous locations in County Kildare...The Curragh and Pollardstown Fen. Deirdre and Andrew were fantastic models, and I had a great time with them! I know Deirdre probably thought I was crazy when I suggested she go without a coat at Pollardstown Fen. It was freezing! But the golden sunset light, and the muted tones of the reeds and Deirdre's white floaty dress, made me feel like she was like a modern Cleopatra...in Ireland!

I'm so grateful you have chosen me to photograph your wedding and I truly enjoyed creating this shoot together. Thanks again to Deirdre and Andrew! All of these photographs were shot on 35mm and medium format film which I am passionate about.

Irish Wedding Details....

I love finding the details on the wedding day that tell YOUR story! For Mary's wedding, it was her childhood dollhouse which looked like a little house in Rathdowney where she is from. And also the lace and crochet that remind me of Ireland.
