Some say the west is the best, and I have to agree. Ellen and Mike are a couple from Galway and Mayo, and their wedding was the first that I've photographed in Galway. And I can't wait to go back! The seaside setting in Barna near the Twelve Hotel, is perfect for photographs! Beautiful pastel shades of withering paint on boats lying in the sand and the various shades of paints on the buildings....perfect! Ellen and her family collected local flowers in shades of purple and ivory, and really made the room for civil ceremonies at The Twelve extra lovely. leah and gavin's engagement shoot in howth, co dublin

Leah and Gavin had their engagement shoot recently in Howth. I was a bit worried about the weather because the skies were lead grey and it was threatening rain all day, but it stayed dry and actually added a lovely cool neutral tone to the images. Leah and Gavin were a bit camera-shy at first, but turned out to be true naturals and really cute on camera. They are a such a sweet couple and I look forward to seeing them again on their wedding day in May! Enjoy!
